Our Mission
At My Journey 2 Success, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to excel academically. Our mission is to provide comprehensive K-8 tutoring services that address not just academic needs, but also build confidence, foster love for learning, and develop lifelong skills.
We specialize in reading, writing, math, and test preparation, with a particular focus on special education support and parent advocacy. Our holistic approach ensures that students receive the individualized attention they need to overcome challenges and celebrate their unique strengths.

About My Journey To Success
My professional journey began in the classroom, where I spent years working primarily in special education and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Over time, my role expanded to serving as a member of the Child Study Team and later as a Supervisor of Programming. These experiences allowed me to see education from multiple perspectives—student, family, and system—and revealed a consistent gap in guidance, advocacy, and access to meaningful support.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Leadership, Culture and Change, with an expected completion in 2027. My educational background, combined with hands-on leadership experience, has shaped my approach to supporting individuals in ways that are both strategic and deeply personal.
My Journey2 Success LLC was inspired by years of witnessing capable, talented students struggle—not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked direction, advocacy, and consistent belief in their potential. I saw families feeling overwhelmed and unsure of next steps, and professionals eager to grow but unsure how to move forward with clarity and purpose. Too often, individuals were navigating their journeys alone.
This platform was created to bridge that gap.
Through My Journey2 Success LLC, I support students in grades K–8, with a concentration on children with learning disabilities, focusing on math, reading and writing, test preparation, and skill development. Equally important, I provide parent advocacy services to help families confidently navigate their child’s educational journey. My work centers on building academic confidence, strengthening organization and time-management skills, and helping students and families develop clear, achievable goals.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that success is not a one-size-fits-all destination—it is a journey. My mission is to empower students, families, and professionals with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to take ownership of their growth. By removing barriers, building clarity, and providing consistent support, I help individuals move forward with purpose, resilience, and belief in themselves.
